Valabasas is a Memphis-based streetwear brand opening its first retail location this fall. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and help lead the store team.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and POS
- Supervise sales associates and assist with training and scheduling
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stock accuracy
- Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and handle escalations
- Serve as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of retail experience; keyholder or supervisory experience preferred
- Background in fashion, footwear, or streetwear retail a plus
- Familiarity with the streetwear market and its customer base
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable leading a shift
- Based in the Memphis area
