Job Title: Asisstant Store Manager

Job Summary:

No'eau is seeking an experienced, organized, and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our new Kamehameha Shopping Center location. The ideal candidate is clever, innovative, hard-working, and passionate about serving our lāhui with style, grace, and authentic Aloha Spirit. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and showcasing our products, services, and local brands.

Responsibilities:

• Train, motivate, and mentor store employees to foster high perfomance and team morale.
• Conduct interviews, assist with hiring, and build work schedules. Develop and execute store strategies to boost foot traffic and maximize profitability.
• Meet and exceed store sales goals through active leadership and customer engagement.
• Oversee store visual merchandising, layout design, and overal cleanliness/upkeep.
• Perform routine inventory analysis and management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of retail management or assistant management experience. Proven track record of hitting sales targets and leading teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural 'people person' energy.
• Highly organized with a positive, hiki nō (can-do) attitude.
• Ability to learn and speak knowledgeably about our artists, products and services.
• Preferred: Proficiency in ʻŌlelo Hawaiʻi and knowledge of Hawaiian culture.

Pay rate: $17-$20 Depending on Experience, Part Time posted by may consider full time for the right person.
