- Drive sales and productivity through floor coverage, client engagement, and execution of merchandising and visual presentation standards.
- Manage store operations including alterations, transfers, repairs, consignments, safe logs, and sales audit tasks.
- Own client data and analytics for the store and support implementation of strategies to achieve business targets.
- Assist with recruiting, scheduling and controlling controllable expenses including payroll and shrink.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years luxury retail management experience.
- Strong knowledge of luxury retail, visual merchandising, and store operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, training and team development skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and an excellent communicator.
