Assistant SuperintendentYour mission at RGGC is to prove construction can be an awesome experience for everyone.As an Assistant Superintendent, you will support project success through hands-on, on-site execution while developing the skills and leadership to run projects independently. You'll work side-by-side with your Superintendent to maintain RGGC's commitment to safety, quality, and LEAN construction excellence. You are an extension of our values and culture on every jobsite.
