We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to help our PMs keep complex architectural millwork projects organized, accountable, and on schedule.What you will doSupport PMs from project kickoff through closeoutTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurementRun smaller-scale projects as acting PM when assignedKeep documentation tight and organized in InnergyCoordinate with Engineering, Production, Field, and client teamsWhat you bring2+ years in construction or project coordinationBachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferredComfort reading shop drawings and project documentationMicrosoft Office and PM software fluency (Innergy a plus)Salaried, exempt. Reports to the Senior Project Manager.This is a full time in office/onsite location.
