We’re hiring an Assistant Operations Manager in Montgomery to support daily business activity alongside the Operations Manager. You’ll coordinate workloads, maintain operational information, and help address routine issues.
Where You’ll Get Involved
- Help plan schedules, workloads, and daily task assignments.
- Check progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Coordinate information and requests between teams.
- Support onboarding, training arrangements, and team briefings.
- Maintain records and prepare straightforward management updates.
- Monitor resource needs and recommend practical process improvements.

You may have organized a shift, trained colleagues, coordinated deliveries, or supported a busy office. Operations, logistics, administration, retail leadership, and hospitality experience are welcome.
A specific degree or previous management title isn’t required. We’re looking for dependable follow-through, respectful communication, practical judgment, and confidence using spreadsheets and calendars.
Learn Alongside Management
Training will introduce you to company systems, procedures, and reporting expectations. You’ll build skills in workload planning, team support, and operational coordination.
