This is a full-time exempt position reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with corporate and regional leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & CultureLead by example and uphold company values in daily operationsMotivate, train, and develop team membersFoster a positive and inclusive team cultureOperational ExcellenceOversee day-to-day FOH operations with attention to detail and guest satisfactionSupport scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control initiativesEnsure execution of all company procedures, health/safety guidelines, and service standardsGuest ExperienceInteract with guests and resolve issues professionally and promptlyEnsure ambiance, cleanliness, and service quality reflect brand standardsPromote community engagement and represent the company with integrityAdministrative DutiesSupport financial reporting, payroll accuracy, and inventory processesParticipate in hiring, onboarding, and performance coachingLead or assist in event coordination, bar program execution, and local marketing effortsQualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant leadership roleStrong leadership presence and people management skillsProven ability to manage costs, drive sales, and support team performanceCertified Food Manager and TIPS Certified (or willing to obtain)Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be at least 21 years oldPhysical & Travel RequirementsThis position requires extended standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Occasional travel and off-site training may be required, sometimes with limited notice.
