Remote Contract General

Assistant General ManagerResponsibilities will include coordination and assisting in all aspects of property management, including but not limited to personnel management, financial reporting, budget preparation, tenant relations, lease renewal negotiations/administration, construction management negotiation of vendor contracts and supervision of vendors. Communication and maintaining good client relationships.Responsibilities:Provide world-class client supportAssist with bid process of contracted servicesPrepare lease summaries of new tenantsReview monthly financial reports, annual budget, and operating expense escalationsCollect rent and handle minor accounts issuesManage client and tenant relationsDraft correspondence on various matters pertaining to property managementMonitor the maintenance work order systemReview monthly reports and status of tenant complaints in all buildingsWork on special projects under supervision of General ManagerOverview building staff (janitorial, engineering, parking, security)Conduct routine property inspectionsDesired Competency Experience and Skills:Bachelor's level degree in Business or a related field; andMinimum of 2+ years of Commercial Real-Estate experienceMust have Florida Real Estate LicenseExperience using MRI and Kardin is a plusProficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft OfficeThe successful candidate will be very detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, extremely professional, and customer service orientedSelf-motivation, leadership, teamwork and collaboration.Conflict Management ResolutionDetail-oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solvingWritten and verbal communicationThis position is 100% in-office.

The role requires working in office during standard business hours.
