Assistant Facilities ManagerJoin JLL's dynamic facilities management team as an Assistant Facilities Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting property operations and maintenance across key client portfolios. With exposure to building systems, financial management, and strategic planning, this role offers excellent career advancement opportunities within JLL's integrated facilities management division while making a tangible impact on client satisfaction and operational performance.What your day-to-day will look like:Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional facility management services and implementing programs that increase customer satisfaction and support corporate real estate objectivesEnsure compliance with JLL audit standards, monitor KPIs and Service Level Agreements monthly, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed performance targetsConduct regular building inspections to ensure safe, well-maintained environments that comply with local codes and JLL operational standardsSupport work order management for in-house staff and vendors while overseeing facility soft services including meeting preparation, conference room setups, and administrative functionsAssist with annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and vendor payment management while ensuring compliance with financial policies and contractual authoritiesCollaborate with Senior Occupancy Planners on office moves and configurations while managing vendor relationships and sourcing local services for day-to-day operationsRequired Qualifications:Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook, plus Adobe applicationsExcellent customer service, computer, and communication skills with strong verbal and written abilities for client-facing interactionsExperience with computer or web-based Work Order Management Systems (Corrigo preferred) and ability to multi-task effectively in fast-paced environmentsBilingual capabilities in English and Spanish to support diverse client and vendor communicationsStrong organizational skills with ability to manage vendor relationships, ensure service delivery compliance, and document performance issuesPreferred Qualifications:Associate degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldAdditional experience in integrated facilities management or corporate real estate environmentsAdvanced knowledge of building automation systems and energy management practicesExperience with budgeting and operational expense management in commercial propertiesFamiliarity with procurement processes and vendor setup procedures within large organizationsBackground in safety and compliance management within facilities or construction environmentsProfessional certifications in facilities management or building operations (CFM, SFP, or equivalent credentials)Location: Doral, FloridaShift: 1st, Monday – Friday, 9 to 6 pm EST.This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
