Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

• Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
• Mentor and support team members to foster growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in real estate, healthcare, or related industries a plus.
