Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate commercial real estate assets, with a focus on retail properties.
• Work closely with senior leadership on lease negotiations, renewals, and dispositions.
• Analyze property performance, valuations, budgets, and CAM expenses.
• Evaluate capital improvements and ROI to identify opportunities to increase property value.
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and other investment decisions.
• Prepare financial models, market analysis, and recommendations to guide business strategy.
• Work with legal, property management, and back-office teams to execute transactions and improve asset performance.
• Help identify new business opportunities and strategies for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, finance, or a related field.
• Strong experience with retail leases, lease negotiations, property budgets, valuations, and CAM.
• Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn numbers into actionable recommendations.
• A confident communicator who can work directly with senior leadership and present ideas effectively. xhqgsiq
