This company offers a relaxed environment, great work-life balance and growth opportunities.Assembly Lead Job Duties:Assemble manufacturing orders according to schedule and quality standards, using assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.Lead and support a team of up to four employees while keeping production on schedule.Train, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance and safety.Help troubleshoot production issues, track key performance indicators, and support continuous improvement using Lean and 5S practices.Ensure tools and equipment are working properly, perform basic maintenance, and collaborate with coworkers and cross-functional teams.Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pmAssembly Lead Requirements:2+ years of assembly experience with previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to read and understand assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.Strong computer skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to adapt to a changing work environment.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
