Our first product line of ready-to-eat overnight oats pioneers a new category for the breakfast occasion, offering a healthy, satiating, and convenient alternative to traditional morning meals.Our mission is to make healthy food more convenient so that humankind can feel, think, and do better.Role DescriptionAssembly workers are a key part of an amazing team that ensures our product is well packed, safe, and ready to be distributed to stores around the country.Specific Responsibilities:Efficiently pack, sort, and organize finished product into boxes, crates, and palletsPerform simple quality checks of the product while assemblingAssist with general cleaning and maintenance of the assembly area, helping to ensure all supplies, tools and equipment are used, cleaned, and storedSelf sufficient in looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of workOther duties as assignedTactical Requirements:1-3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or related industryWillingness to learn and take on tasks with quality and timeliness of workAbility to maintain discipline in repetitive tasks and communicate effectively with any concernsSelf starter, with a desire to learn, grow, and evolve as a professionalAbility to multitask, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environmentHighly organized, methodical, disciplined, and detail-orientedBilingual in English and Spanish preferredPhysical and Work Related Requirements:Standing and walking for long periods of timeRepetitive motion for long periods of timeBending and lifting up to 50 LBAbility to handle allergens including peanuts and tree nuts
