Assembler/Packer Job
PrideStaff is currently working with a local manufacturer seeking an Assembler/Packer associate to join its growing team. The Assembler/Packer will assemble and pack metal components. The ideal assembler/Packer candidate has at least 2 years of related experience and is comfortable using hand and power tools. The Assembler/packer is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Webster, NY.
Assembler/Packer Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble Large Sheet Metal Components Using Hand & Power Tools According to Blueprints & to Desired Quality Standards
- Adhere to Packaging Instructions to Package Components
- Follow all Safety & PPE Requirements
- Other Duties as Assigned by Supervisor
Assembler/Packer Requirement:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- 2+ years of Related Experience or a Combination of Experience & Training
- Mechanical Training is a Plus
- Ability to use Tools such as Screwdrivers, Sockets, Allen Wrenches, Air Drivers & Tape Measures
- Ability to Read & Understand Blueprints & Other Written Instructions
- Ability to Lift up to 50 Lbs
