This role ensures that assembled items meet quality standards and supports the production line by maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.Key responsibilities include assembling parts and components using hand tools and equipment, following technical instructions and blueprints, inspecting assembled products for defects, maintaining a clean and organized work area, reporting issues to supervisors, supporting inventory and materials tracking, and following safety and quality procedures.Skills and qualifications may require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience to carry out the role.
