Assembler PositionWe are seeking a skilled Assembler to assemble, kit, test, and package mechanical and electrical products while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing assembly experience and can work independently with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical and electrical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.Build, kit, package, and prepare products for production and shipment.Meet established productivity and quality standards.Perform self-inspections to verify workmanship and product quality.Identify and report non-conforming materials, defects, or process issues.Troubleshoot basic assembly problems and assist with resolving production issues.Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain organized workstations and follow 5S standards.Assist with training and supporting new team members when needed.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience.Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Physical RequirementsStand for extended periods throughout the shift.Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.Regular bending, reaching, gripping, and repetitive hand movements.Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.You Will Be A Good Fit If You HaveAerospace industry experienceGeneral manufacturing experience (assembly lines, machine shops)Electrical and/or electronics assembly experience
