We are seeking an experienced Area Human Resources Manager to lead our area operations.As the Area HR manager, you will oversee multiple offices, manage HR team members, and support district managers. You will also have responsibilities to:Manage teams within the areas assignedManage employee relationsUnderstand union contractsManage recruitment needs for officesManage state licensing requirementsBe a working partner for the Area Vice PresidentTo be considered for this position, you will need to have the following experience and ability:A BA in Human Resources, preferredA minimum of two years' experience in a multi-office leadership positionHeavy recruiting experienceExperienced in hourly employee relationsExperience with union employees, contracts, and negotiationsHighly professional and ethical with unquestioned integrityStrong planning, organizing, and decision-making abilitiesConscientious and demonstrated initiativeExcellent interpersonal skillsBenefitsThis full-time W-2 position provides an annual salary within the range of $100,000 to $120,000, a $1,000 monthly car allowance, comprehensive benefits for both self and qualifying dependents, paid time off, 401K with company matching, employee discounts, internal and external developmental opportunities, and more.Securitas is committed to equal employment opportunity.
