Opportunity
Flynn Pizza Hut is looking for an Area Director to lead and develop a multi‑unit restaurant operation. The role emphasizes coaching managers, fostering teamwork, and achieving performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor multiple restaurant teams, championing customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- Develop and coach managers, motivating them to attain operational objectives.
- Set high standards for the team and maintain a positive work culture.
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain a quality management team.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5years of multi‑unit leadership in restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong desire to create a great workplace and deliver excellent service.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- At least 18years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation
Base salary: $88,000 – $95,000 per year, plus monthly profit share.
