Appointment Setter - Work From Home - No Experience

What You'll Be Doing
As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility will be connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in receiving more information and helping them schedule a convenient virtual appointment.
You’ll communicate through phone, text, email, and other online platforms while keeping appointments and client information organized.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients by phone, text, and online communication
- Respond to individuals who have requested additional information
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
- Answer basic questions and explain the next steps in the process
- Follow up with clients regarding upcoming appointments
- Reschedule missed or cancelled appointments when needed
- Maintain accurate notes and appointment records
- Update client information in the system
- Help keep team calendars organized and up to date
- Provide friendly and professional communication throughout each interaction
