Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in endpoint management and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Strong understanding of modern endpoint management technologies and practices.
- Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Microsoft Teams
- OneDrive for Business
- Exchange Online
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a production support environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
