The Application Architect is tasked with analysis and development of Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Rule Bases. Areas of interest include Oracle Policy Modeling, XML, XSL and Web Services Development, DBMS Application Development, PL/SQL, Oracle Policy Automation, OPA Web Determinations engines, and OPA training.As part of the development team, the application architect will analyze and develop OPA Rule Bases for a client organization in charge of Licensing and Permitting processes.QualificationsRequired Skills:2+ years of professional experience in application analysis and development in Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)OPA CertifiedExperience analyzing public sector documentation, and modeling legislation in a business rules systemUnderstanding of all phases of the software development lifecycleXML, XSL and Web Services development experienceFull life cycle DBMS Application Development experienceExperience with Oracle Databases and PL/SQLFamiliarity with OPA training requirementsBachelor's degree requiredA willingness to travel to client locationsExperience Level:3+ years of experience in software applicaton development2+ years experiences in OPAMust be able to work in a fast-paced and changing work environmentMust be able to work independentlyOther Skills:- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
