ITnova is seeking an Application Analyst to provide support, maintenance, and optimization of business applications.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues.
- Configure, upgrade, and test applications to ensure functionality.
- Collaborate with users to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
- Document application configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Provide end-user support and training.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and security requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Preferred Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform/App Builder.
- General Experience: Five (5) years in IT application support or related field.
- Specialized Experience:
- Three (3) years in analyzing, configuring, or supporting enterprise applications.
- Experience with application lifecycle management.
- Strong problem-solving and customer support skills.
