PRN Hospitalist PA

UVA Community Health is seeking a PRN Inpatient Hospitalist PA to join our rapidly growing provider team at Culpeper Medical Center. We serve the northern Virginia community with a 70‑bed community hospital, Family Birth Center, and 24/7 emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Visiting bedside and answering questions
• Ordering tests, medications and treatments
• Communicating with patients, their families and their primary care physician on condition and care
• Consulting with additional specialists, as needed
• Providing discharge instructions about further care, medication and follow‑up
• Sending a hospital care summary to your primary care physician

Compensation

Hourly rate of $125.00. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. The pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non‑productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
