We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pathologist to join our highly collaborative pathology team in the Pacific Northwest. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside 16 Pathologists, 6 Pathologists' Assistants, and 4 PhD scientists in a high-volume, subspecialty-supported practice serving a large and diverse patient population.
Position Highlights
Responsibilities include:
- General surgical pathology
- Frozen section interpretation
- Rapid on-site cytology evaluation (ROSE)
- Participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards
- Shared call coverage
- Laboratory leadership and administrative responsibilities

Qualifications
- AP/CP Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Strong diagnostic skills in general surgical pathology
- Cytology experience welcomed but not required
- Commitment to maintaining current knowledge of surgical pathology and relevant molecular diagnostic techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative practice skills
- Ability to provide pathology services across multiple clinical sites

Annual Salary Range
$362,900 - $442,500
