- Maintain excellent relationships with hospital leadership and surgical colleagues, working as one team to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care.
- Clinicians participate in committees, quality initiatives, and social events that strengthen team connection.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership while empowering CRNAs and anesthesiologists to work at the top of their licenses.
- Oversee departmental operations, staffing, and scheduling with a focus on fairness and flexibility.
- Partner with hospital and nursing leadership to uphold patient safety and quality standards.
- Support continuing education, mentorship, and professional development for all anesthesia providers.
- Collaborate on policies and best practices related to anesthesia care, airway management, and perioperative safety.
Compensation
- $500,000 – $535,000 + Medical Director Stipend
- W-2 or 1099 employment models available
- $50,000 commencement bonus

- Flexible full-time schedule averaging 40 hours per week.
- Call is shared equally among physicians.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist
- Authorized to work in the United States.
