Overview

A position for a board‑certified or board‑eligible General Anesthesiologist at Baptist Hospital of Miami, served by Kendall Anesthesia Associates (KAA) since 1960. The practice employs a care team model of 37 anesthesiologists and 44 allied health professionals (CRNAs & CAAs). The practice serves a broad case mix across 24 ORs, ASCs, and off‑site locations with an annual volume of about 40,000 cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of procedures, including neuro, vascular, general, OB/Gen, orthopaedic, IR, GI, cardiac, interventional cardiac, and pediatric cases.
• Cover hospital ORs, ASCs and multiple off‑site locations.
• Participate in a shared ASC call schedule and may work from home for call coverage.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible General Anesthesiologist.
• Experience or willingness to work with a broad procedural mix.
• Must be willing to cover hospital‑based and ASC positions, including shared call.
