Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist
PT Location: Tukwila, WA Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Tukwila, WA. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
- Work as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the assigned setting
- Maintain an active PT license (WA and AK candidates may work on a Compact License)
- Commit to a 13 or 26-week assignment with potential completion bonus eligibility
- Work 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks
- Work day shift hours as scheduled
- Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during the interview process
- Adhere to facility dress code requirements as provided during first day orientation
- Complete required credentialing and compliance documentation prior to start, including documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet
- Demonstrate experience in the applicable PT setting
- Comply with a 30-day notice requirement
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery
