AI Training and Development Designer

Akkodis is seeking an AI Training and Development Designer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and a proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, role-based training that drives measurable behavior change and adoption.
Rate Range: $55/Hour to $65/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
AI Training and Development Designer Responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver enterprise-scale learning programs that build AI fluency and accelerate Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption across diverse global audiences.
• Develop role-based training curricula, learning assets, and hands-on workshops tailored to employee personas, business functions, and use cases.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees, leaders, champions, and specialized user groups to drive practical application of AI tools.
• Partner with change management, communications, and business stakeholders to align training initiatives with broader adoption and transformation strategies.
• Create scalable and reusable enablement materials, including facilitator guides, job aids, playbooks, and train-the-trainer resources.
• Measure training effectiveness using adoption metrics, learner feedback, readiness assessments, and usage data to continuously improve learning outcomes and reinforce behavior change.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Organizational Change Management, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise learning, training, and change enablement programs, with experience supporting large global organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI-enabled productivity tools, and practical application across Microsoft 365 applications.
• Proven ability to design scalable, audience-centered learning strategies and facilitate engaging training programs that drive technology adoption, behavior change, and measurable business outcomes.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
