Insurance Agency Manager – Sales & Team LeadershipWe're looking for a motivated, experienced Agency Manager to help lead our team while continuing to actively sell, serve customers, and contribute to agency growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both producing and leading. You'll maintain individual sales goals and regular customer interaction while also helping coach the team, run meetings, reinforce accountability, and step into a leadership role when the agency owner is away.
