TPM For AEM MigrationOur client is migrating to AEM and seeks a highly skilled TPM. This role will require 3 key attributes: strong, wide, familiarity of AEM + deep expertise of DAM + experience migrating from other CMS to AEM cloud. This TPM will be responsible for wearing the hats of both the Product Manager and the Product Owner and be an integral part of the team throughout the entire SDLC.Required Skills: Product Manager, Product Owner, AEM, DAM, CMSJob Duties:Lead AEM product planning through day to day collaboration and decision making with cross-functional team including architects, designers, engineering leaders, and business or subject matter representativesDesign and drive usability studies to inform product requirements and influence product design and experienceDefine and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product successWork with larger Technical product management organization to align on broader product roadmap dependenciesAssess marketplace for new product innovations and competitorsBe keenly aware of emerging and expanding capabilities of AEMSupport business case development for AEM usage and consumption to drive growthLead engagement with key stakeholders ensuring experience journeys and product requirements are well understoodBuild strong relationships and influence others across the organization and with external vendors/vendorsBalance multiple priorities and meet stated deadlines and deliverablesDemonstrate effectiveness in dealing with ambiguityUse communications skills to influence outcomesUse analytics and optimization tools to inform product planning and prioritizationJob Requirements:7+ years of Senior level technical product management experience producing stated deliverables and outcomes.5+ years of experience with AEM many of those focused on DAM.Having lead multiple engagements leading a from-scratch AEM implementations including documenting legacy CMS tools and mapping to future state AEM.Strong history of solutioning and documentation including: building Epics, breaking down to stories, flushing out details to the engineers, owning JIRA & MIRO boards, aligning with QA for testing, and hands on confirmation of success and done.
