System Software Programmer – Intermediate (AEM Developer)We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer to support enterprise forms and workflow solutions built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role involves hands-on development, system configuration, deployment support, and ensuring application stability across environments.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and content models (AEM 6.4+).Work across the full SDLC: analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.Support deployments to Dev, QA, and Production environments.Perform troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.Participate in shared 24/7 on-call support.Required Skills:7+ years of SDLC experience.3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM (6.4+).Experience with Adobe PDF Forms & Analytics.Strong JavaScript, XML, and SQL skills.Experience with change management processes.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred: Business analysis experience and Scrum Master certification.
