Business Analyst With Aem ExpertiseOur client is seeking a Business Analyst with deep AEM expertise to join their team to bolster their marketing systems and processes onto AEM Cloud. This role will have transitioning parallel paths:Support the as-is systems while the AEM roadmap is established.Execute and lead with the team, in the migration and integration to AEM cloud.Doing this will ensure business continuity while simultaneously allowing to fully understand the as-is to ensure a successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities include:Requirement gathering/elicitation, stakeholder interviewsCreate detailed requirements, functional specifications and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycleSupports key activities such as review of functional design, site demos, AEM trainingsWorkflow configurations, taxonomy definitions etcServe as the bridge between PM, QA, development and client stakeholdersAssist with gap analysis, business process redesign, roadmap planning and developing proof-of-conceptsLead testing efforts in conjunction with the Project or QA Manager, including the design and execution of test scripts and scenariosPrepare training materials (content authoring guides, etc.) appropriate for target audiences and develop solution and conduct training sessionsShowcase deliverables and organize demos across client teams• 7+ years of IT project experience• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience• 2+ year of experience working with relevant Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions such as Adobe AEM Forms, Magento, Target, Analytics, AEP, Campaign• 2+ year of implementing web content management applications• Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs, work-flow diagrams and use-case documents• Experience working with agile methodology• Excellent communication and articulation skills and ability to interface with various stakeholders such as developers, design teams, QA, client teams• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience• Experience in a consulting environment is a plus
