AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)

YOUR ROLE

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand ensuring your store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. You execute effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and keep the store guest‑ready through replenishment. You pay close attention to detail, drive a strong visual standard and collaborate closely with the team to get the job done. You represent our company values and bring your authentic self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store consistently reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Lead Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment; identify merchandising opportunities and plan with leadership to implement action.
• Help the team understand and maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment, keeping the store refreshed.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins while keeping the guest experience as the store’s top priority.
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; implement shrink‑reducing strategies and adhere to all AEO policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, priority‑setting, and time management.
• Flexible availability, able to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
