This well-established medical center is part of a respected regional healthcare network offering comprehensive women's and children's services. The facility features a Level III NICU with Maternal Fetal Medicine Consultation and OB Hospitalist support, operating as a teaching hospital with a collaborative team of neonatal practitioners, nursing staff, and support services dedicated to high-value, family-centered care.

Advanced Practice - Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology
Job Details:

• Full-time, permanent position seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who has completed a 12-month Neonatal PA fellowship or residency program
• Candidates willing to obtain an Oregon license will be considered
• Provide clinical management of high-risk neonates and infants across two Level III NICU facilities
• Deliver patient education and work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and support services to provide high-value, family-centered care
• Exercise autonomy of practice in ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests to drive patient treatment plans
• Attend deliveries and perform all required procedures; unit-based support is a significant component of the role
• Work in-hospital shifts of 12 or 24 hours (7am-7pm or 7am-7am)
• Patient encounters per shift range from 10-22 depending on facility assignment
• High delivery room volume; experience in this type of work is strongly preferred
• Office space available at both sites for use during the day and after hours
• Board certification required; estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days
• Start date: March 1, 2025 - Ongoing
