The ISC Engineering mirror team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with experience with test equipment and data analysis.
nThe ideal candidate would have some background in test equipment design and operation, as well as some experience with software and hardware integration and programming.
n• Provide test and manufacturing support for sub components in the mirror area
n• Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.
n• Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
n• Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.
n• Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
n• Assist development of new products.
n• Support knowledge transfer for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
n• Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.

nMUST HAVE
n• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Systems, or Software
n• 2+ years experience or Advanced degree in Engineering discipline

nThe annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
