Advanced CNC ProgrammerWe are seeking an experienced Advanced CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and maintain complex multi-axis CNC programs for precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in 5-axis (or more) CNC programming and machining processes to produce high-quality components efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and optimize CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centersTranslate engineering drawings and CAD models into efficient CNC code (G-code/M-code)Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and machinists to improve machining processesConduct simulations and verify programs to ensure accuracy and reduce errorsTroubleshoot and modify CNC programs during production runsMaintain documentation and update standard operating procedures for CNC programmingTrain junior programmers and machinists on advanced CNC techniques and best practicesRequired SkillsProficient in advanced CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code)Experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, Siemens NX, Fusion 360, or similarStrong understanding of multi-axis CNC machining principles (5-axis programming preferred)Knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and machining strategies for complex partsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong problem-solving and communication skills
