Compensation

• Generous 'above market' compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Sign-on bonus
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
• Above market compensation-Range from $320,000 to $390,000
• Compensation model based on productivity
• Cash based incentive plan
