Compensation

• Sign-on bonus
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
• Above market compensation-Range from $300,000 to $390,000
• Compensation model based on productivity
• Cash based incentive plan

Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more US states
