Admissions Data & Planning AnalystLocation: Hybrid (Miami, FL)Reports To: Performance Managers for US & LATAMJob Purpose: As Admissions Data & Planning Analyst, you'll support the Regional Marketing, Admissions, & Communications (MAC) team and work collaboratively with the Regional Performance Managers for the US and LATAM to deliver against enrollment growth objectives. The Admissions Data & Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
The role focuses on forecasting student intake and analyzing application trends, combining strong analytical and financial modeling skills with expertise in data management to deliver actionable insights that drive day-to-day performance.Job Responsibilities:Develop and manage enrollment forecasts, enrollment targets, and pipeline tracking for all schools in region.Analyze application, conversion, and enrollment data to identify trends and performance gaps.Produce regular reports, analyze dashboards on Admissions performance (applications, offers, acceptances, enrollments).Partner with School Admissions and Regional teams to support strategy and planning decisions.Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and student demand patterns.Re-enrollment (Retention) Analysis & StrategyJob Requirements:Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field2–5+ years of experience in data analysis, FP&A, Admissions and/or Marketing analytics, or enrollment planningStrong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in forecasting and trend analysisAdvanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with CRM/Admissions systems, preferably SalesforceExperience in PK-12 education, international Admissions, or student recruitment a plusKnowledge of regional markets and international student mobility trends a plusExperience with SQL, Python, or advanced data tools a plusAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across different regions and time zonesStrong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsGood process management and organizational skillsExperience working in a matrixed organizationStrong analytical skills and evaluation of ROI, KPIs, and proven record of using data and research to inform decision-makingExcellent cross-cultural, interpersonal & communication skills to interact with diverse nationalities and culturesExcellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi-functional tasksOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish and/or Portuguese a plusOccasional travel to schools might be required
