Nova Southeastern University (NSU) is seeking an Admission Services Representative I to join our Enrollment Management & Student Affairs team at our Fort Lauderdale/Davie campus.
In this role, you’ll help support prospective students throughout the admissions process, from initial inquiries through enrollment, while providing excellent service and helping create a positive experience for future Sharks.
What you’ll do:
• Assist prospective students with admissions and enrollment information
• Review applications, transcripts, and supporting documents
• Communicate with prospective students by phone and email
• Maintain accurate student records and application information
• Collaborate with Admissions, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, and other university partners
• Support open houses, campus events, tours, and other recruitment activities
What we’re looking for:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of clerical/administrative experience in an office environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Hiring Range: $16.00/hour
Location: Fort Lauderdale/Davie, FL
