In this position you will be responsible for assisting with scanning, copying, mailing, and logging construction contracts.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the contracts team to ensure timely and accurate recording of all contracts throughout the various phasesScan, copy, and mail contracts and keep records as needed on the status of projectsMaintain accurate electronic records of all contractsResearch and retrieve archived documentsMaintain confidentialitySend emails as needed to internal customers to follow up or acknowledge information that is neededRequest COI's for new Clients and Maintain COI's for existing ClientsSubmit Monthly Hours for appropriate ClientsComplete all Owner Client Specific Information - if applicableMake sure our grades with Clients are B's and aboveGet help from appropriate people as neededOther duties as requestedQualificationsProficiency in computer usage and above basic Microsoft Office & Windows skills requiredExperience with AS400 a plusCommunication, planning, organizational skills via verbal, written, and electronic mediumsQuality Control skills – accuracy and thoroughnessQuantity – strong work ethic, able to multi-task and quickly shift prioritiesRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
