Goddard Frisco Legacy Administrative CoordinatorThe Goddard Frisco Legacy Administrative Coordinator supports the daily operations of the school by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across classroom documentation, communication, and administrative systems. This role works closely with leadership and teaching staff to maintain high standards in classroom reporting, family engagement, and overall school organization.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and approve daily classroom documentation, including photos and activity reportsEnsure all children are accurately checked in and checked out each daySupport audits for documentation and completenessSupport onboarding familiesSupport teachers as needed in classroom with administrative supportAudit classroom records for completeness, accuracy, and complianceMonitor consistency across classrooms to maintain school standardsReview and support social contentEnsure all shared content is professional, engaging, and aligned with school expectationsOrganize and maintain photo archivesAssist in preparing and editing school newsletters and communicationsEnsure messaging is clear, engaging, and consistent across classroomsSupport family engagement through high-quality daily reportingIdentify and organize high-quality photos for potential marketing and social media useRecommend content that highlights classroom learning and school cultureCollaborate with leadership on promotional initiativesEnsure all required daily sheets and reports are completed accurately and on timeFollow up with staff regarding missing or incomplete informationMaintain confidentiality and adhere to all licensing and school policiesQualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using technology and school management systemsAbility to work collaboratively with staff and leadershipPreferred QualificationsExperience in early childhood education or a Goddard Frisco Legacy settingFamiliarity with childcare management software (e.g., Brightwheel, Procare)Understanding of early learning frameworks, including STEAM-based learningWork EnvironmentIn-person position within a Goddard Frisco Legacy settingActive, fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with staff and childrenStandard school operating hours with occasional additional responsibilities as neededThis role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, supporting teachers, and providing families with a clear, meaningful view into their child's daily learning experience.This Is Your MomentThe joy of childhood comes from those bright sparks of discovery -- moments that delight and surprise us.
