You'll work closely with professionals who rely on strong organization, timely follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail to serve their clients effectively.If you're someone who enjoys checking the details twice, keeping things on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we'd love to meet you.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetingsAnswer incoming phone calls and monitor shared email inboxes, responding or routing inquiries as appropriateAssist with client communications, including scheduling appointments, requesting documentation, and coordinating delivery of completed tax returnsPrepare, proofread, format, and assemble client correspondence and other documentsCoordinate tax return workflow by routing documents, monitoring due dates, and tracking project statusOrganize, scan, edit, bookmark, and electronically file documents using Adobe Acrobat and the firm's document management systemsPrepare expense reports, scheduling reports, and other administrative reportsMaintain accurate electronic and paper files while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive client informationAssist with administrative projects and other duties as assignedProvide day-to-day administrative support that helps partners and staff stay organized and focused on serving clientsWhat Makes Someone Successful In This RoleHas exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate workEnjoys organizing information, managing calendars, and creating efficient processesFollows through on commitments and rarely lets tasks fall through the cracksIs proactive and anticipates administrative needs before being askedThrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracyIs comfortable supporting professionals with high standards and appreciates working in a structured, detail-oriented environmentCommunicates professionally with clients and colleaguesMaintains confidentiality and exercises good judgmentPreferred Qualifications3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environmentExperience supporting multiple professionals simultaneously is preferredPrevious experience in a public accounting, legal, financial services, or other professional services environment is a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with Adobe Acrobat Professional and electronic document management systems preferredStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong proofreading and editing abilitiesAbility to quickly learn new software applications, including programs such as Axcess Tax, Document, Workflow, SafeSend, and SuralinkProfessional demeanor and commitment to providing outstanding client serviceAbility to work additional hours during tax season (approximately 5–10 hours per week from late February through April 15)What You'll Love About UsMake an Impact .
