Schedule internal/external meetings across time zones, protect focus time, and resolve conflicts before they happenAnticipate + execute - Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups. Draft emails, presentations, and correspondence. Take meticulous notes and drive action items to completionBe the gatekeeper - Screen calls, emails, and requests with professionalism and discretion. Prioritize what needs the executive's attention vs.

You live in Outlook calendar, Teams, Excel, and PowerPointRequired: Strong sense of urgency, excellent follow-through, and ability to anticipate needs. Able to draft executive-level correspondenceRequired: Comfortable managing multiple priorities with limited supervision. Thrives under pressureRequired: High school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.
