In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, designing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
- Valid Ohio state license to practice physical therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a specific area (e.g., orthopedics, pediatrics, geriatrics) is a plus.
