Beacon Hill is partnering with a respected Seattle law firm in the downtown area to fill a Accounts Receivable Specialist position.

$30.00/hr – $38.00/hr

- Full-time (37.5‑hour workweek)
- Hybrid flexibility – 2 days from home
Responsibilities
- Manage cash receipts, client payments, short pays, and collections.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and the billing team.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting activities.
- Maintain detailed records and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Detail oriented and reliable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in accounts receivable or related finance role preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
