Salary: $52,000 - $66,560 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process and review invoices, vouchers, disbursements, and intercompany transactions.
• Perform purchase order matching, receipt posting, and account reconciliations.
• Generate and distribute invoice and purchase order status reports.
• Maintain vendor records, W-9 documentation, and support 1099 reporting.
• Reconcile credit card activity and assist with month-end accounting activities.
• Support AP process improvements, training initiatives, and special projects.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience with a strong understanding of AP processes.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as CMiC, Sage 100, Beanworks, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
