The Accounts Payable Manager will lead a 4–6 person AP team supporting high-volume, end-to-end accounts payable operations for a commercial real estate company. They’ll oversee invoice processing, payments, supplier maintenance, escalations, reporting, SOX controls, and workflow improvements while partnering across Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and FP&A.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable or Shared Services experience.
- 2+ years leading or managing AP teams.
- High-volume, end-to-end AP operations experience.
- Experience with ERP systems and AP workflow/automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of SOX, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Experience using KPIs and service levels to manage team performance.
- Process improvement and AP automation experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field preferred.
