This individual will work closely with company leadership and gain exposure across the full accounting function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants broad accounting experience in a growing company rather than being limited to a highly specialized finance role.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience working within QuickBooks Desktop, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.

The company is open to experienced accountants as well as recent accounting graduates with strong fundamentals and a desire to learn.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records • Assist with fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules • Support month end and year end close activities • Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy • Manage accounting functions within QuickBooks Desktop • Assist with bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks • Support financial reporting and special projects for leadership • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures • Contribute to a variety of accounting and operational initiatives as needed
