Senior AccountantWe are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role will play a central part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting entity-level reporting, and delivering reliable information to investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to improve processes in a growing environment.ResponsibilitiesLead critical activities within the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycle to ensure complete and timely reporting.Prepare, review, and validate journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain the integrity of the general ledger.Investigate significant variances in balance sheet and income statement accounts and clearly communicate underlying business drivers.Produce accurate financial information across multiple entities and assist with reporting packages for owners, investors, lenders, and institutional partners.Respond to audit, investor, and lender information requests while supporting reporting across layered ownership structures, funds, and legal entities.Research accounting guidance for unusual or complex transactions and document conclusions in alignment with company policies.Strengthen accounting procedures, internal controls, and audit preparedness through clear documentation and process support.Contribute to financial reporting for acquisitions, refinancings, dispositions, and other strategic transactions as needed.Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve workflows, and enhance reporting through better systems integration and automation.Provide guidance to entry-level and offshore accounting team members, review workpapers, and collaborate with accounting, operations, asset management, and technology teams on special projects.The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000.Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision401k with match3 weeks PTO11 paid holidays
